Capacity is available for custom and toll synthesis. We can offer any of the techniques above but would always be prepared to consider any synthetic techniques required by our clients. A range of equipment is available from 50 litre to 5,000 litre capacity, constructed from glass, glass-lined mild steel or stainless steel. Solid liquid separation is achieved either by centrifugation of pressure filtration. Solid product can be dried in either paddle or rotary cone driers. We have operated an accredited quality management system since 1997. This was recently upgraded to ISO 900-2000. In 2003 we also implemented an Environmental Management System to the ISO14001 standard. We believe that is a real benefit to the business in terms of legal compliance, standing with the EA and financial benefit. Everything is backed up with a robust training system. This is externally audited and follows national standards. |
